Exporting Retrospectives to Google Docs
Prerequisites
If you haven't already, configure your Google Docs integration.
Setup Runbook Step
You can automate Google Docs retrospective export through a Runbook. To add a Google Docs export step:

From a Runbook, choose Add Step.

From the Runbook step dialog, find or search for "Google Docs" and select Export Retrospective to Google Docs step.

Optionally, you can customize the Runbook step name, retro/document name, and retro/document format. Liquid templating and basic Markdown are supported.

On the Conditions and scheduling tab, make sure settings are configured per your requirements.
- Keep in mind that for this step to successfully execute, the step must run after the Retrospective has at least started. Valid conditions include:
- When Current milestone is Retrospective Started
- When Current milestone is Retrospective Completed
- Time since Retrospective Started/Retrospective Completed

When you are finished configuring the step, click Add Step and then Save Runbook.
Runbook Execution
Upon export, it may take a few minutes for the retrospective export to render in Google Docs. Once the export is complete, a link to the exported document will appear on the Retrospective's Incident Overview tab.

Exported retrospectives are stored in a folder named FireHydrant Retrospectives at the Google Drive root of the user who authorized the integration.
Note: This step will only be able to execute once, even if included in multiple Runbooks. Subsequent executions after the first will fail.
