If you're using Slack Enterprise Grid, you can now install the FireHydrant Slack app across multiple workspaces. Enterprise Grid support lets you enable incident management for all of their workspaces, making it easy to manage incidents in Slack for all of their teams.
Users across Enterprise Grid workspaces can now run a single incident management process with easy Slack commands, firing off incidents in the location where your responding team expects them. For instance, a team in a Security workspace might see an issue, run /fh new and an incident will be opened up in the Engineering workspaces #incidents channel.
