New Relic provides a suite of tools for tracking the performance of your cloud services. Use alerts from New Relic to power incidents and notifications in FireHydrant.
FireHydrant can automatically open incidents from New Relic monitors in order to make your time to assembly even quicker. Leverage Alert Routing to pick which alerts automatically open incidents and which alerts will be sent to a specific Slack channel.
