Easier filtering with Labels

• We made filtering across your Service catalog that much easier by pre-listing all labels currently active in your label dropdown. This removes the guesswork to promote better standardization across services and functionalities.

Analytics Tab for Functionalities

• Inside the refreshed functionalities view is now the option to see incident analytics. To see this data, start by going to your functionalities section within your catalog and select a specific functionality. In this functionality is the new Analytics Tab so you can quickly drill down on a functionalities performance.
