Field Requirements for Milestone Transitions
We've enhanced our milestones feature. You can now set field requirements at each milestone transition, enabling:
- Specified required fields for individual milestone stages
- Improved compliance tracking throughout the incident lifecycle
- Greater flexibility to match your organization's policies
This update addresses customer requests for more granular control over incident progression. It's incident management, your way!
