DeveloperWeek Virtual 2021 Wrap Up

We had a great time at DeveloperWeek Virtual 2021 a few weeks ago on February 17-19, 2021. The event was jam-packed with great speakers, roundtable discussions, workshops, and more - and we had a lot of fun meeting some of the 5000 attendees.

That’s a wrap! DeveloperWeek Virtual 2021 was hosted on February 17-19, 2021. With an expected attendance of 5,000 developers and over 250 sessions, this event was jam-packed with great speakers, roundtable discussions, workshops, and more.

Through their interactive virtual platform, the FireHydrant team connected with hundreds of engineering professionals at our virtual booth. Alongside demos and great conversations, we were able to award two lucky winners with a free pair of Airpods Max headphones at our giveaway.

On the final day of the conference, our very own CEO and Co-Founder, Robert Ross, was invited to speak at a VIP roundtable discussion on The Cloud & Digital Transformation. Alongside Albert Hor and Tongbo Huang, Co-Founders of Chaser and led by Co-Founder of DeveloperWeek, Jonathan Paskey.

And last but certainly not least, Robert Ross (aka Bobby Tables) led a breakout session on Why Your APIs Should Fly First Class. In this session, Robert shared why putting your APIs first can be a game-changer for your business and how this mindset shaped the way FireHydrant was built. Bobby shares lessons learned from building FireHydrant and tips on how and why you should consider building your APIs from the very beginning.
