Manually publishing an incident status page

Sometimes incidents are not published to an external status page through a Runbook automatically. However, you can publish these incidents directly to a status page at any time.

To manually publish an incident to a status page:

  1. Go to the page for the active incident in the FireHydrant UI.
  2. Scroll down to the External resources section.
  3. Under Published status pages , click the dropdown menu to select a status page type.

A popup message asks you to confirm. Click Confirm to publish.
